Terms and Conditions – Professional Cleaning Services in Manchester

By accessing our website or booking our professional cleaning services in Manchester, including end of tenancy cleaning, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed via phone or email prior to service. A deposit may be required for certain services.
 
2.Service Scope: The services provided will be as per the agreed scope outlined in the booking. Additional tasks outside of this scope may incur extra charges.
 
3. Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to:
  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
  • Disclose any specific risks (e.g. hazards, pets, fragile items)
  • Notify us of any special requirements or changes in advance
4. Payment Terms Payment is expected immediately upon completion of the job, unless otherwise agreed. In situations where an invoice is issued after the job, full payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. Bank details for payment will be provided on the invoice, and the invoice number must be used as the payment reference.
 
5. Late Payments If payment is not received by the due date:
  • A late fee of £70 will be applied to the outstanding balance.
  • Interest will accrue on overdue amounts at a rate of 8% per annum, calculated daily from the due date until the balance is paid in full, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Disputes
 
Any queries or disputes regarding the invoice must be raised within 3 days of the invoice date. After this period, the invoice will be considered accepted.
 
Legal ActionUnpaid invoices may be pursued through legal channels. Clients may be responsible for all associated costs, including recovery charges, legal fees, and court fees.
 
7. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
 
8.Access to Property: Customers are responsible for providing access to the property on the scheduled date and time. If access is not provided, the service may be rescheduled or canceled, and a fee may apply.
 
9.Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with the cleaning results, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns.
 
10.Liability: We are insured and take every precaution to perform our work professionally and safely. However we are not liable for any damage to items that have not been properly secured or are fragile. We use non-toxic and eco-friendly products; however, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, especially those that are deeply embedded.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear
  • We are not responsible for damage due to poor property maintenance or unsafe conditions
  • Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total fee paid for the service
11.End of Tenancy Cleaning: For end of tenancy cleaning, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all personal items are removed before our cleaning team arrives. Any additional cleaning requests will be charged separately.
 
12. Special Offers: Any discounts or special offers are subject to availability and may not be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
 
13. Termination of Services We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking due to non-compliance with our terms, abuse, or safety concerns. Clients will be notified promptly and refunded any payments for unrendered services.
 
14. Refunds Refunds will only be issued in cases of service failure or agreed dissatisfaction, subject to management review.
 
15. Amendments to These Terms We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or posted updates on our website.
